Hybrid Technologies’ Project Development Engineer, Ron Cerven, was featured on the 1110 AM Talk Radio Show commenting on the recent challenge by Senator McCain. “Hybrid Technologies has vehicles that now offer a drive range of over 135 miles per full charge” Cerven states, “so getting to 300 miles is a good goal.”

Hybrid has been already working on developing new batteries to increase drive ranges substantially. At this point efforts are beginning to locate the ideal vehicle to house the new battery system.

The presumed Republican nominee proposed a $300 million government prize to whoever can develop an automobile battery that far surpasses existing technology.
