Hybrid Technologies Inc. (NASD OTCBB: HYBT) Announces 20% Stock Dividend Payment Starting January 31, 2007
Las Vegas, NV - January 10, 2007 - Hybrid Technologies, Inc. (NASD OTCBB: HYBT) www.hybridtechnologies.com, emerging leaders in the development and marketing of lithium powered products worldwide is pleased to announce it has confirmed payment of 5% stock dividend due to shareholders of record as at January 31st, 2007 which will be paid on February 5th, 2007.
A further 15% stock dividend payment will be made as follows:
- 5% stock dividend to shareholders of record as at March 30th 2007
- 10% stock dividend to shareholders of record as at April 30th, 2007
Since 2005 Hybrid Technologies has paid its shareholders a total of 40% in stock dividends.
